12 ounces of cold Pau D’arco Tea (or another SuperTea)
1 tbsp of coconut oil (or coconut butter)
2 tbsp of cacao powder
4 tbsp of hemp seeds
½ tsp of Ashwagandha
1 tbsp of organic Colostrum
1 tbsp of raw honey
2 dropper fulls of English Toffee Stevia
A few dashes of cinnamon and a dash of cayenne
