  6. Thanks for another enlightening episode. This episode interested me on two fronts. Firstly I am coming to then end of my own fat loss journey having lost 36 pounds from my heaviest to now – who knew following government guidelines would make me fat and ill… My diet now is pretty clean and my main indulgence is fruit based but only one piece a day etc. I seem to have hit a plateau and am now wondering if some of these ideas will help me with the final few pounds I know I have left to lose.

The other side is the fact my wife has mentioned fat loss supplements and I have erred on the side of caution when talking about them stating that diet should be the primary focus – glad we agree on that one. She also mentioned raspberry ketones / green coffee extract which seems to be making the headlines at the moment. I was hoping you might mention these in this podcast either to confirm or debunk? My initial thoughts are that it seems so hyped and almost mainstream that it probably has some roots in truth but the supplement form is probably low in efficacy / potency. Would appreciate thoughts on this?

  7. I’d love an entire show on tea. Where to find good sources, how to make it properly and the benefits. I know you mentioned a couple of other teas on the Abel James show.

  8. I am with Anthony, I would like to know where the best sources to find shilajit and Pu Ehr.

  9. Great podcast. I loved hearing about the different herbs to take.
Where would you recommend purchasing Pu Ehr or Shilajit from? Going down to the corner supplement store doesn’t have it, and every website has completely different prices for gram and therefore I assume the quality can be worse and better and who knows,

Any recommendations to a good supplement store would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    1. Anthony, I’ve tried many different brands. My favorites right now are Ultimate Superfoods or Ojio for Shilajit and you can find Pu Ehr at any Whole Foods Market.
