Full Blast Orange Sherbet Smoothie

This superfood shake is outrageously good. It stacks up in taste with any ice cream shake on the market, with one very distinct difference:  It’s 100% natural, loaded with superfoods, and it will give you unstoppable energy for hours!

This Recipe of the Week features the Goji Berry, which is the only food proven to trigger your body to produce more human growth hormone (“The Youth Hormone”). Full Blast Orange Sherbet Smoothie

Hand juice 2 oranges with a citrus juicer and add it to the blender with

½ cup of young coconut meat (approx. amount from one coconut)

½ cup of Goji berries (soak in the O.J. while preparing the other ingredients)

1 cup of frozen Mango chunks

1 scoop of Sun Warrior Raw Vanilla Protein

2 tbsp of flax seed oil

A pinch of sea salt

A dash of Cayenne pepper (Trust me!)

Blend

Make sure to keep it at a nice, thick ice cream consistency. You may even need a spoon for this!
