    Some great tips I’m going to pass along to my TOPS weight support group. We have one friend (diabetic and probably around 400 lbs.) who cries about not being able to lose or stick to any plan, yet so many of our good food suggestions she immediately complains “But I don’t like that.” Perhaps if she’ll consider incorporating just 1 or 2 of your tips from this podcast, it will help on her journey.

      Anthea, thank you so much! Messages like this let me know that I’m accomplishing the goal that I set out to have with this show.     Hey Shawn, love the show. Started listening a couple months ago and am going through older podcast to try and catch up. Just listened to this one and like you in the past, do not like brussel sprouts. So I’m begging you, please share your wife’s recipe so I can add this to my diet. Thank you and keep up the good work.
