Just when I think you hit the ceiling- you blow the roof OFF! You ARE the most incredible, intelligent, and intuitive wellness professional out there.

The education and revelations in this podcast are proof that success to overcome emotional eating is something tangible. A powerful energy is generated in that thought alone! In addition, the fact that you refer others to your resources is so powerfully generous! Just another example in your authenticity to educate and empower others.

I am not only happy for myself that you put something like this together and out there, but also happy for other women who feel, think, and act like I do. I hope this message reaches them in the immediate and powerful way it has me. What a relief your work brings. It really lets others know one of the most important messages out there, we are not alone and someone is listening to our prayers. Thank you!

The quote “Can’t out exercise our mouth”- WOW!

This episode really struck a chord with me, being a former swimmer/athlete and having major binging problems during and after stopping competitive sports. I’ve had an “eating disorder” for about 9 years now, and I’m finally figuring out my way of solving this problem–like you guys mentioned, to be open and aware of my mental state and to try to understand it, rather than shunning it and being judgemental. When I really understand the core of my mental cravings, it seems more simple and makes sense, and I feel less “disordered” and more capable of dealing with it the right way.
