    Very informative show. Thanks for the info. I look at fast food in brand new light and think about the negative energy it contains and how it is toxic to the body.

    I listened….didn’t make my comment…oops!The mushrooms you mentioned in the onset of this podcast I spoke with you about some time ago. I learned of the mushrooms while on chemotherapy. I began the supplements without my oncologist knowing and my body was responding to the therapy faster than they thought it would and therapy was shortened.Thank you for that information on the cordyceps mushrooms. This particular podcast regarding the system being made to fail us in nutrition was point on! Energy and light in live foods versus dead foods….you are truly what you eat or better yet, ha, what is eating you from the inside out. That life force energy takes from us our life force energy. You always amaze me. Thanks ShayByrd!

      Lots of great information in this Podcast. I really took note of “Care enough about yourself to prepare your own food, more of the time”. Also the part about drinking water like your life depends on it. I’m still doing pretty good with the water part as you saw from my picture of the 5 gallon glass bottle of Mountain Valley Spring Water on my desk at work. If possible can you please tell me again the last tip you gave about foods to avoid. I was trying to take notes but couldn’t catch that part.

    Man am I glad I listened to this again. I feel a renewed sense of enlightenment about fast food and junk food. I am also more aware of checking the ingredients of the “healthy” food that I have been eating for the secret ingredients that may be harmful. You are what you eat is truly the case.     Listening to this show has made me realize I need to step back and re-evaluate how I am eating and what I am putting into my body. I was doing good avoiding fast food, but allowing the stresses of my life to consume me, I have been doing emotional eating. I know this is one of the reasons I am probably feeling the way I am feeling. I have to change my mentality and do what is better for me. This Podcast is helping me to refocus on what is good for my body and how I need to feed my mind, body, and soul!

    Another AMAZING episode! I always take something away from each episode. I’m reminded to stay away from the fast food, and to cook for my family as often as possible.

    Personally, I’m a big fan of crockpot cooking for busy people! Set it in the AM, and dinners ready in the evening. 🙂
