Great podcast. Over the years, I have found out that being healthy is a journey not a destination. And like all journeys, there are twist and turns along the way. Thank you for interviewing an inspirational and authentic guest on your show.

    Shawn & Jade,

I am so thankful for you guys and all of the incredible value you bring to my life and so many others. Thank you for what you do! You BRING IT every single episode- You rock! I had a quick question, you mentioned “the protocol” when it comes to healing and fighting disease and tumors etc. Maybe I missed it but was wondering where I can find an outline of this protocol. My husband has a Pineal Cyst in his brain and we have transitioned to a eating more raw plant based diet and are continually looking for anti-inflammatory regiments to try and heal this cyst naturally. Is there anywhere I can find this “protocol” you speak of (lol). With so much Gratitude,

    Your fan- Lauren Giraldo

Awesome video sir. I think the one thing people struggle with more than anything is commitment. I have had it in the back of my mind for several months now that I needed to start eating raw and organic foods.

I think you inspired me to finally get started tomorrow.
