TMHS 030: How To Get Rid Of A Headache In 30 Minutes Or Less, How Exercise Makes You Smarter, And Honest Subway Restaurant Nutrition Information

In this episode of The Model Health Show we’re doing another popular Q and A session! I get some really interesting, helpful, and even some pretty weird questions everyday. But the only bad question is the one you don’t ask. Today I’m giving several solutions for getting rid of headaches naturally, and even an exercise to get rid of a headache in 2 minutes or less (check it out in the show notes below).

    You’re definitely a spark maker shawn, everytime I listen to your podcasts I have a notepad out lol, because i want to share this information!
    My questions for shawn would be: What do you typically eat in a day? I know you must be super healthy after all.
    Also I would really love to buy your book in ebook format, so I’m hoping that will be possible someday maybe?

    SHAWN!! You saved my head from exploding that day. lol. As you couldn’t take away the saddening “why” of my rarely felt headache, because you knew everything else was in line in my healthy world, the caffeine route was the way to go and, as usual, you know your stuff. Much thanks, trust and love to you. 🙂

    This podcast is FULL of simple, USEFUL headache relief tricks. I have known about and have practiced the acupressure point in the hand for many years and it works! Some people are skeptical at first, but once they try it, are astonished at its effectiveness.

    My favorite of all of what you cover in this information is the visualization technique. I didn’t have a headache while listening, but did it with you nonetheless, and just bringing focus and awareness to one part of the body is SO powerful. I will definitely be bookmarking that exercise for future, not only for myself, but for the people in my life.

    One more quick thing 😉 lol— THANK YOU for informing on Subway!!!! Misconceptions through marketing need to be set straight.
