I’m right there with you Kerrie! I’m doing more to stay active and mobile now too. My issue is that I do love to sit and write… I mean REALLY love it. It just takes creating the habit of taking more mini-breaks to break up the stagnation. Thanks for sharing that Kerrie! You’re already doing better at this than 95% of us 😉

I listen to you while I’m lifting weights, doing dishes, or working (where I’m lucky enough to be standing and moving most of the day).

I am listening to these podcasts in my car, on my iPhone, ever day! They are all so interesting and informative that I don’t even listen to the radio or music anymore. I only recently learned about Shawn Stevenson from Jonathan Baylor, “The Calorie Myth” author. I was so impressed that I had to find out more about him. I found Shawn’s podcasts and have been listening ever since, Starting with podcast number one and I am working my way up. I have a lot of catching up to do. I am learning so much! What a gem. So much life-changing information.
