TMHS 031: Why You Can’t Lose Weight (The Truth)

      Here’s the basic recipe:
      24 to 32 ounces of water
      2 tsp of msm (build up to more)
      1/2 tsp of camu camu berry powder
      juice from 1/2 small lemon

    Great show. We are all actors and we act out what we see. Jawanza Kunjufu stated this years ago about children, but we all fall into this mirror category. Subliminal messages are everywhere on purpose. We have to learn how to activate our filters for a better life on purpose!

    Wow, some straight to the heart-of-the-matter stuff!
    “Can’t lose weight because I think I don’t have enough time.” I think that I have been living that way, but you’re right: Life is short and I have a mission and a job to do here.

    Because I’ve already lost a good amount of weight, I’ve let myself get lazy/complacent/stuck here–instead of pressing on toward the goal. It’s time to “end this chapter of my life and step into the next one.”
