Longevity Elixir Part 2

In this part of the video you’ll learn about a little known food that may likely be one of the greatest anti aging foods ever discovered. You’ll also find out about what my personal favorite food is (you’ll be surprised!), and a nice little technique at the end to give your drink a more variety.

Be sure to click on the recipe button and share your experience with any of these foods OR the ones you’re excited to try.

Recipe & Preparation Tips

10 Ounces of Rooibos Tea

1/4 cup of Goji Berries (soaked)

3 to 5 inch piece of Aloe Vera Gel

2 to 4 tbsp of hemp seeds

1 to 2 tbsp of Cacao Powder

1 tsp of Maca (or more)

1 tsp of Mucuna (or more)

1 tbsp of Bee Pollen

1 tsp of Reishi (Open about 4 capsules and pour it in)

1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Few dashes of cinnamon

Small dash of nutmeg

Pinch Of Sea Salt

1 tbsp of cacao nibs (Stirred in after blending)

Chef Tip:  Add all ingredients to your high speed blender and blend until smooth, the mix in the cacao nibs to retain that “chocolate chip” consistency.

Yields approximately 16 ounces. Have it immediately.  Take your time, and enjoy!

Just wanted to say thank you, not only for this video but for introducing me to the best way of living. I wish I could have stayed longer in The Lou to learn from you but I know that I am here for a reason. The Elixir drink sounds bananas and I can’t wait to make it and play with some of the new ingredients I saw. I wish you nothing but the best and know that where ever you go, only good things will happen. Thanks for always keeping it real, repping you in Dallas now, and always sending you nothing but love and passion!!!!

I am looking forward to trying this. I have two questions 1. Do you think this is a Elixer that kids will like too? @. Why are you adding Bee Pollen? Just curious Thank you -Allie:)

Thanks for the questions Allie. Yes, definitely kids like this one. Most of my recipes are always kid tested and approved first (thanks to my son). The goji’s and the english toffee stevia create a VERY delicious taste… Similar to a toffee ice cream. This is a way to deliver the best nutrients in the world for the development of their neurological system, and their health overall. Bee pollen is such a favorite of mine because it’s one of the few foods on the planet that contain every known amino acid in tact (22 aminos). It’s also a great source of lecithin which helps your body to build hormones and burn fat. Lastly, it’s rich in Lysine which really helps to balance the high Arginine in the cacao. I could go on for days talking about bee pollen, it’s one of the foods I go in depth on in The 7 Legendary Foods of Immortality. If you haven’t gotten a chance to see, check it out. It’s a great course.

Hey Shawn love the site and the podcast! How often do you recommend drinking this particular drink? I do green smoothies everyday, should this just be added to the daily regimen? Thanks

Richard, thank you so much! This particular drink is something to just make interchangeable with the green smoothie. I tend to always come back to this drink… actually had one similar today, even though I think this video is about 4 years old lol.
